Testronic Champions the Future of Work at Women in Games Careers Expo

Testronic is proud to be part of the upcoming Women in Games Careers Expo 2026, continuing its commitment to supporting a more inclusive and diverse global games industry.

As a Silver Ambassador of Women in Games, Testronic is actively contributing to initiatives that champion talent, opportunity, and long-term career development across games and creative technology.

Taking place under the theme ‘The Future of Work’, the Women in Games Careers Expo – which takes place virtually on Thursday March 26th – brings together industry leaders, professionals, and emerging talent from around the world to explore how careers are evolving across the sector. Testronic’s participation reflects its broader focus on building sustainable talent pipelines and supporting the next generation of games professionals.

This moment of industry change also reflects a broader transformation within Testronic itself. By concentrating solely on an industry in transition, Testronic has positioned itself to help shape its future, working closely with partners to navigate evolving player expectations, technologies, and delivery models.

A highlight of the event will be the keynote session featuring Testronic CEO & Executive Chair Sharon Baylay-Bell, in conversation with Dr Marie-Claire Isaaman, CEO of Women in Games.

Titled ‘Past, Present & Future,’ the session will offer a candid discussion on leadership, industry evolution, and the future of work in games. The conversation will discuss Sharon’s early career and formative experiences, including her leadership roles at global organisations such as Microsoft and the BBC.

The discussion will then move into the present, exploring how these insights inform her leadership at Testronic as the company continues to grow and evolve within a dynamic and increasingly complex industry. As games become more sophisticated and player expectations continue to rise, leadership must adapt, balancing innovation, operational excellence, and a people-first mindset.

This approach is underpinned by Testronic’s strategic focus on being player-focused, partner-first, and outcomes-led, ensuring that services are aligned not only to delivery, but to measurable impact for customers.

Looking ahead, the session will explore the future of work in the games industry, examining both the opportunities and challenges facing businesses and talent alike.

From new technologies to changing workforce models, the conversation will provide valuable perspective on how the industry can continue to evolve while remaining inclusive and sustainable.

This ‘past, present, future’ lens offers attendees both a personal leadership story and a broader view of where the industry is heading, aligning closely with the expo’s focus on the future of work.

Meanwhile, as part of the virtual expo, Testronic will host a dedicated booth where attendees can connect with the team, explore global career opportunities, and learn more about the company’s work across the industry. The booth provides an opportunity to engage directly with Testronic’s experts and gain insight into the skills and pathways shaping today’s games industry. In addition, individual team members will be hosting sessions, including:

  • QAA Hestia McKnight – discussing Transgender Woman in the Games Space
  • QAT Ruby Bougioes – on Rising in Games (a look into how you she transitioned her skills in QA)
  • QAA Ricarda Facari speaking on Prospering in a Male Dominated Field

These conversations reflect Testronic’s global testing platform and continued investment in the talent development and workplace culture within its Centers of Excellence in Warsaw, New Orleans and Manila.

Testronic’s involvement in the Careers Expo builds on its ongoing partnership with Women in Games and reflects its commitment to championing diverse talent and inclusive growth across the industry.

Testronic CEO & Executive Chair Sharon Baylay-Bell said: “The future of work in games will be shaped by how we invest in people – how we build inclusive environments, develop talent, and create opportunities at every level. My own journey has shown me that diverse perspectives drive better outcomes, and I’m proud that Testronic is supporting initiatives like Women in Games to help shape a more open and sustainable future for our industry.”
