Spotlight on Women Leaders from Testronic’s Warsaw Center of Excellence

Spotlight on Women Leaders from Testronic’s Warsaw Center of Excellence

Continuing our Women’s Month spotlight series, we’re shining a light on the women whose leadership, passion, and expertise drive Testronic forward. This time, we turn to our Center of Excellence in Warsaw. Meet three inspiring leaders and hear what sparked their careers in gaming, and the impact they hope to have on the next generation.

Pamela Pawlina — QA Project Manager

Pamela highlights the importance of balancing empathy with firmness in management. While empathy allows managers to connect with and support their teams, knowing when to be stern ensures clear boundaries and accountability.

For you, what is the most important yet underrated skill in your role/field and why?

Pamela: On one hand it’s empathy as all managers work primarily with people. On the other it’s knowing when to be stern.

I think the most important and hardest is the balance between the two and managing people in a way they know where the boundaries for both are.

Jouhaina Ramy — Language Services Program Manager

Jouhaina’s journey into the gaming industry began unexpectedly, starting as a French LQA tester and growing into a long-term career. She progressed from tester to Test Lead, Project Manager, and now Program Manager, building expertise across localization and LQA.

Jouhaina hopes her career inspires other women to feel a genuine sense of belonging in the gaming industry. She celebrates the passion, creativity, and energy women bring, and aims to encourage others to take that first step and believe in their potential to grow and thrive.

In what ways do you hope your career journey inspires the next generation of women in the industry?

Jouhaina: I want other women to feel that they truly belong in this industry. The passion, creativity, and energy they bring is incredible to witness.

If my journey can encourage even one person to take that first step or to believe that they can grow and thrive in gaming, then that already means a great deal to me.

Klaudia Mower — QA Manager

Klaudia’s passion for fantasy, sparked by reading The Witcher books as a teenager, naturally drew her to RPG games. Her first hands-on experience in the industry came when she joined the testing team for the original Witcher game—a temporary role that revealed a career she felt perfectly suited for.

What first inspired you to pursue a career in the games industry?

Klaudia: Reading the Witcher books as a young teenager, which my older brother hooked me on. Sapkowski’s books sparked a passion for fantasy in me, which in turn drew me to RPG games.
When, after high school, I saw an opportunity to work on testing the first Witcher game, I jumped right at it. It was a temporary gig, but it showed me a job I felt perfectly suited for.
