Usability Testing

Usability testing is designed to assess the ease by which the user achieves the aim of the program.

Testronic Labs offers two approaches, a Usability Expert Evaluation and a User Group Test.

The Usability Expert Evaluation involves an experienced Testronic Labs usability test consultant reviewing your program and comparing it against criteria such as Windows design standards.

For a more detailed approach, a User Group Test can assess the reactions to your program by a representative sample of your target users. The user is given a set of activities within the program and records their responses by video or transcript. These are later analysed to uncover any issues.

All results are delivered to the client in a written and verbal report, describing any usability problems together with suggested improvements.
