Compatibility

Compatibility testing gives you the confidence that your program will work correctly in all required environments. Test environments are endless, including all varieties of hardware, operating systems, browsers and plugin types that have been released over the past five years.

Software developers can find it difficult to keep up to date with the latest hardware and software evolutions. As a dedicated QA provider, Testronic Labs is at the forefront of hardware and software developments and maintains a broad range of equipment and setups. By using preloaded configuration images, flexible hardware setups and virtual machines, we can quickly and efficiently offer compatibility ranges of Macs and PCs, from a couple of specific systems up to several hundred of every configuration.

We test compatibility by taking a critical sample of your program's functions and performing tests across a matrix of hardware and software that represents those of your end users.

Our ISEB qualified testers exercise each program function and, where beneficial, utilise a number of automated methods to speed up testing time and increase test volumes. Any undesired results are included in our report so that developers can quickly implement a fix.

We maintain a dedicated setup to assure optimal reliability of testing results and consistent performance of test setups across project phases. Our setups includes:
