Content QC and Linear Playback
For a Blu-ray or DVD product the overall quality experience is still mainly related to the quality of the main video and audio sequences on the title. Therefore it is important to ensure the various audio and video streams, along with the related subtitles, play back completely and free of any artefacts.
Testronic Labs has years of experience in assuring the quality of DVD and Blu-ray content. Through using our own full time and trained A/V experts, we are able to create detailed reports specifying and qualifying the different type of artefacts observed during linear QC runs. Based on the reports issued, both client and authoring studio will be able to easily evaluate the overall quality of the content and decide if further fixes are needed or whether the content is ready for release.
