Digitally Delivered Content Testing
In addition to accepting burned and replicated discs at our facilities, Testronic Labs has the capability to receive large disc images (up to 50GB) via high speed transfer using Aspera software.
Aspera's faspTM transfer technology is innovative software that eliminates the fundamental bottlenecks of conventional file transfer technologies such as FTP, HTTP, and Windows CIFS, and dramatically speeds transfers over public and private IP networks. The approach achieves throughput efficiency, independent of path latency and is robust to packet losses. In addition, users have control over individual transfer rates and bandwidth sharing, and full visibility of bandwidth utilisation.
File transfer times are guaranteed, regardless of the distance of the endpoints or the dynamic conditions of the network, including transfers over satellite, wireless, and long distance and unreliable international links. Aspera's faspTM technology includes build-in security with secure endpoint authentication, on-the-fly data encryption, and integrity verification.
Testronic Labs receive digitally delivered content before burning the images onto DVD-R or BD-R and duplicating the discs for testing purposes. Once testing is complete, the discs are either sent to our clients or wiped for re-use.
