Testing Blu-ray (BD)
With Blu-ray emerging as a major consumer format, the need for strong QC (and QA) is more important than ever. For Blu-ray to continue to grow and flourish, consumers must have confidence in the format. Testronic Labs has been involved in BD testing since its inception in 2006.
We have tested more titles and have more testing hours under our belt than the other three testing companies in the industry. We maintain an extensive player (hardware and software) matrix which is continually updated as new players come to market.
As a Contributing Member of the Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA), the governing body of the Blu-ray specification, we are at the forefront of all Blu-ray developments, changes and improvements. Our status in the industry gives us access to all forthcoming Blu-ray technology, including innovations such as D-Box and developments in 3D for the home market.
