Raf Bongaerts
Do you spontaneously try to open the same kind of car with your own remote key? Do you try to fill in characters instead of numbers on websites that ask for your contacts? Well I (still) do, it looks like being a tester is a mindset!
I have worked for over 18 years as a Consultant. I started at Philips, they gave me great opportunities to learn and grow in different positions, such as: Automation Engineer, Test Co-coordinator, Requirements Manager and Test Manager. As I progressed and moved to different blue chip companies around Benelux, I was able to spread my testing experience and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
I am very used to working in a technical environment and fully understand the need to debug earlier in the life-cycle thus continuously looking for improvements to the overall quality, with the help and support of my development teams. I like to keep it simple: common sense, good communication and the ability to prioritise are key, and mean you'll produce a great team that delivers quality products/services.
