Risk-Based Testing
Some projects require a more advanced testing technique such as risk-based testing. Risk-based testing (RBT) is a type of software testing that prioritises the features and functions to be tested based on priority or importance and the likelihood or impact of failure. Risk-based testing can be included in the test plan to ensure testing achieves the required outcome and timelines.
Testronic Labs is expert in risk-based testing and have experience from a diversity of projects. Some strategies involve performing an FMEA (Failure Method and Effect Analysis) or Root Cause Analysis. This can be built into future testing approaches or even into each test phase of the project.
