Quality Assurance improvement identification is a core part of our process. On occasion, clients will call on us to look for improvements in their QA process rather than test software itself. This often happens where project managers have encountered difficulty with a project but it can equally be used at the beginning of a project where clients seek a marked improvement on existing processes.
Even if our required role is more quality control than quality assurance, our testing will commonly give rise to discussions and recommendations regarding improvements to the quality process as a whole.
