US CTO Writes for MESA Journal

Date published: 05 Nov 2009

TL Approved logoIn an age where content consumption methods in home entertainment are proliferating, the concept of “Consumer Experience Is King” needs to remain uppermost in the minds of content providers. This was a timely subject for Adam Lesh, US CTO, to write about in the latest MESA Journal – published this week and available to download hereAdam Lesh, Testronic Labs US CTO

Lesh (pictured, right) offers insightful analysis on how consumer perceptions and expectations have changed as technologies have developed in home entertainment.  With special interest in the burgeoning Blu-ray Live technologies, Lesh talks about how the DVD revolution differed from the current Blu-ray evolution that we’re experiencing, and how digital download fits into the landscape.  Embedding quality in new and developing processes is more important than ever, with the complexified workflow in the case of Blu-ray QC and the need for website and web application testing that is as sophisticated as the platforms via which content is consumed. This lively article considers the future of the industry as well as the attitudes and norms of the present – it’s well worth a read!
