Creating Great QA Audits

Over two years ago, it became apparent that not all our clients wished to be serviced off site and we started on site QA Consultancy services. When we started, we gained client trust and repeat business across the Benelux regions using most of our consultants from the Belgium office. Following this, we decided to offer UK QA consultancy across UK and Ireland. These are demanding markets with significant opportunities for partnership.It's important to carry out regular QA audits to identify any potential issues with your quality assurance processes. Testronic Labs provides world-class consultants who can put together a full analysis of your existing systems and new applications. The review is normally carried out by a series of interviews at client offices and, on occasions, at third party companies.
The interviews include a joint study of sample projects in the context of QA theory. Testronic Labs will gather all outputs into a presentation which will be shared on a regular basis with the client. Finally, we assist the client in identifying areas of priority and prepare a management summary of our findings.
