Description
Testronic Labs is growing the range of automated testing services that it offers to clients as part of its growth plan in Software and Web testing across Europe. To support this, Testronic Labs is recruiting a team manager who will be the driving force in the selection and implementation of testing tools.
Next to the introduction of new tools and optimizing existing working procedures, you will be responsible for the account management related to the services and together with your team of test engineers you will handle project execution.
In this role you have to prove your skills as team leader and implementer to assure that new tools are rolled out successfully. Good communication skills to evaluate client needs and to support sales on technical level will be a valuable asset.
Candidate requirements/skills:
-Broad knowledge of web development and web server technologies
-Programming and scripting skills required
-Testing experience is required, must be able to develop traditional testing artifacts including test plans, test scripts and test scenarios
-Experience as a Performance tester using testing tools (Silkperformer/Load runner etc) would be a plus
-Good team management and communication skills
-Strong drive to complete tasks and master a technical subject
-Ability to effectively communicate and lead a performance testing effort
-Quick learner, team player
-Excellent written/verbal communication skills, fluent in English
-Occasional international travel to support projects will be required
