Description
This is a unique position in the company with both supervisory and client facing project lead responsibilities. The Software QA Lead will work closely with clients and act as a liaison between the client and Testronic. In addition, this person will be the lead on long-term ongoing software QA projects, supervising as small team of the QA technicians and ensuring consistency of quality and timelines throughout the life of the project. An applicant for this position should have extensive experience in software QA be self-motivated and self-managed, and have a high level of professionalism and expertise in the area of QA Services.
Candidate requirements/skills:
Required Skills:
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Minimum of three years experience in software QA with Mid-size or Large Company
• Minimum of one year supervisory or project lead experience with Mid-size or Large Company
• Working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, load testing practices, and testing project specific programming languages.
• Demonstrated ability to write test plans, test summary reports
• College degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Solid verbal and written communication skills for interaction internally and externally
• High level of integrity and ethics
• Highly motivated with strong analytical and technical skills along with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Ability to Define Problems, Collect Data, Establish Facts, and Draw Valid Conclusions.
Pluses and Preferred:
• Able to work Evenings and or Weekends
