Description
Testronic Labs is seeking to recruit a Senior Software Test Management Consultant who has an in depth knowledge of software testing through education and experience. He/she will be expected to have strong communication skills coupled with technological awareness and varied industry knowledge and experience. We are looking for someone who is confident enough to manage a project from start to finish in a professional manor, showing good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
The candidate should be a person who can work using his\her own initiative. He must be very strong character and determined to succeed. We are looking for someone who can see a project from the initial start to the end within a demanding product life-cycle. Having more than 7 years experience in is an essential requirement for the right candidate as anyone without it is unlikely to meet the expected demands.
Candidate requirements/skills:

Able to write Test Strategies, Test Plans/Test Approach, Scripts & Traceability Matrix

Experience with testing tools (HP Mercury, Borland, Compuware, IBM, ...)

Experience with QA/test management

Be highly client facing and communicative at all levels and during regular face to face meetings

Hold regular client meetings and team meetings onsite and offsite

Show key soft skills and be highly motivational

Must hold a clean European driving licence
