Candidate requirements/skills:
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Willing to Travel
- Plan, design and implement test plans in such a way that they are
re-usable, flexible and easily maintained
- Create QA test plans for large scale projects, including time estimates
- Break down a product into test cases
- Identify and report defects and follow up on them through resolution
Required skills and experience:
- QA / Web Tester with a minimal of 2-4 years of IT experience.
- Bachelor in IT
- ISEB or ISTQB Foundation or better
- 2+ years Web Testing or Web Application Testing
- Strong web testing experience within an agile or Waterfall environment
- Understanding of QA test process and its relationship to a quality
product
- Ability to test components under pressure
- QA testing within project timeline and/or resource constraints
- Adaptable, committed to deadlines and willingness to work in a fast-paced
environment
- Ability to be both a strong team player and individual contributor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to testing multi-lingual, multi-location web sites would be
highly advantageous.
As a successful Web Tester you have knowledge about the following:
-Selenium experience (commercial)
-Scripting knowledge for Automating scripts
-Minimal knowledge on: PHP, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, CMS,
-Defect management tools. (HP quality Center, Jira, Confluence, Bugnet.)
