Description
The candidate has significant experience testing games for Compliance with platform holder requirements and standards, having gathered a lot of knowledge and experience working on several compliance projects. The candidate’s ability to transfer this knowledge to the rest of the team on the job and through and training is an important part of the job. Good organizational and communication skills should be combined with the ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.

Candidate requirements/skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Games QA, including at least 1 year in a QA Lead / Lead Tester or higher position specialized in Compliance QA.
- Extensive knowledge of Nintendo LotCheck requirements and test methodology for both Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS(i)
- Creating and maintaining of test scripts, checklists and reference documentation.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word.
Knowledge and experience desirable:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft TCR requirements and test methodology for Xbox 360.
- Extensive knowledge of Sony TRC requirements and test methodology for PS3.
- Extensive knowledge of Sony TRC requirements and test methodology for PSP.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of testers on compliance testing projects
- Share your experience with the team, both on the job and through training.
- Proactive communication to client about any issue that may pose a risk to submission target as early as possible.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and thoroughly, and within a specified timeframe
- Take notice of overall progress and noteworthy findings and subsequently create a report on a daily basis in agreed report format to be sent to client.
- Ensure that no major bugs, flaws or issues remain in the signed-off product and report them as early as possible.
- Proactively seek to improve knowledge of testing procedures and where applicable related equipment.
- Ensure correct write-up (in English) of bugs, flaws and issues, and propose corrections to facilitate fixes.
